SMCL hereby issues Addendum No.1 for the Construction of Rural Water Scheme at Shingbuwong, Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag (NIT No SMCL/HRAD/PROC-01/2026/10823). The bid submission deadline is postponed to 09 February 2026, at the same time as previously announced Tenders | State Mining Corporation Limited Bhutan.
